All Revolvashade umbrellas are made by us in our own factory on the Gold Coast. We cut and sew the canopy material and build the frames in house in our own factory, no subcontractors are used. Each umbrella is put up on a test base, inspected, and function tested before being boxed and sent to you, meaning we keep control of the manufacturing process and can guarantee the quality of our products.
With the correct care and maintenance, the average life expectancy of a Revolvashade umbrella is over 20 years. We’d estimate during this time you would require one canopy replacement, after approximately 12 – 15 years.
You can rest easy knowing that, as an Australian company with a 30-year history, we provide local customer support and have spare parts readily available throughout the life of your umbrella. If your umbrella is damaged due to an accident or incorrect maintenance, our workshop can repair it and have it back up and working quickly!
All Revolvashade umbrellas are commercial grade. The materials used on the Deluxe and Palm Springs models are the same high-quality as on our Commercial range. From the frame to the fabric, we use only the best so that your umbrella looks good today, and for decades to come.
Revolvashade umbrellas are made to order, so your umbrella is made for you, not just picked off the shelf in a warehouse. However, we are able to offer a quick turnaround on our most popular items as we keep the parts ready to go. Our standard lead time is 4 – 6 weeks, however, turn around can be as little as 48 hours for some of our more popular combinations. If you have a timeline you’re working to, please contact us to check before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate any specific dates.
