Our umbrellas come with industry-leading warranties. For umbrellas ordered on or before 30 June 2025, we offer a 5 year canopy warranty and an 8 year frame warranty. From 1 July 2025, our umbrellas come with a 10 year anti-fade warranty on the fabric and a lifetime warranty on the frame.

Registering your umbrella means we’ll have all your details on file — model, specs, purchase date and installation info — ready to go if you ever need support. No searching for receipts or explaining what you bought. It helps us resolve any issues faster, more accurately, and with less hassle for you.

    Warranty Care Agreement

    Please confirm the following to ensure your warranty remains valid:

    I agree to always close my umbrella when not in use by pulling all 8 panels tight, wrapping them neatly around the canopy with one strap, and securing the canopy to the mast using the remaining strap provided.

    I understand that the canopy warranty only covers faulty workmanship, and does not cover damage from external factors (sharp objects, birds, bats, possums, trees, constant vibrations etc.). The warranty does not cover for damage caused by wind.

    I understand that removing the handle when not in use helps prevent corrosion and avoids the handle becoming stuck to the mast.

    If I am concerned about anything, I will take photos/videos to send to Revolvashade to advise, and close the umbrella before further damage can occur.

    I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree that the warranty is conditional on taking reasonable care of my umbrella as outlined above. I acknowledge that any damage resulting from misuse, improper closing, failure to secure the umbrella, repeated exposure to wind, or conditions beyond normal use will void the warranty.
