A: Your Revolvashade warranty is by Austshade Pty Ltd, the designers, developers, patent and trade mark holders of Revolvashade products.
Q: Where was my Revolvashade umbrella designed, made and tested?
Q: Are there imitations?
A: Yes! Check the warranty – in which country is the product manufactured? Check the manufacturer’s details, warranty, wind rating and brand name. There’s a good reason why they call us the creators, not the imitators. Buy quality and receive quality.
Q: When my warranty has expired, if I need to have my Revolvashade repaired are parts readily available in Australia?
A: Yes. Revolvashade is designed and manufactured in Australia by Austshade Pty Ltd.
Q: Is the canopy made of canvas?
A: No. The Revolvashade canopy is made of 100% acrylic and has built-in water, stain & mildew resistance, guaranteed by the manufacturer for 5 years with an average life span of 10 to 15 years with proper care.
Q: If I move and want to take my umbrella with me, can I get another base to suit my new conditions?
A: Yes, contact us for more details.
Q: Will I be able to get a new canopy in ten years time?
A: Yes. Storage covers are also available.
Q: Can I call or email for a more specific question?
